Pineapple, Carrots and Broccoli Juice to Loosen Up

Pineapple is high in bromelain which is beneficial in reducing swelling, inflammation and pain in the joints.  Both carrots and broccoli are antioxidants which also provides the same benefits as pineapples.  With reductions in swelling, inflammation and pain, the joints of arthritis sufferers will definitely loosen up fast.  Drink this juicing recipe regularly to see and gain the positive effects.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple round, about 1 inch thick

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 broccoli florets with stems

Method

  1. Cut the pineapple skins away and the flesh into strips

  2. Peel the skin of the carrots and cut into chunks.

  3. Place pineapple, carrots and broccoli into a juice and blend until well combined.
